{friday cocktail: side of ginger}





Inspired by the tequila cocktail at The Cream Event, I came home and searched around our cocktail ingredients for something I thought would pair well with honey and tequila.  Chris suggested we try adding Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur to the recipe and garnish it with a bag of candied ginger we had lying around.  The resulting cocktail was very similar to a margarita, but definitely made a little more interesting by the snappy flavor of the ginger.

  1. This reminds me a lot of a Moscow Mule. If you have never had one you have to try it, they are delish!
