{friday cocktail: gingered rose}

I have been searching for another cocktail to utilize our ginger liqueur with and I came across one on Liquorious called a Rustic Rose from a restaurant in Chicago.  The problem is that they only posted the ingredients and not the proportions so I basically had to guess, but with ingredients like gin, honey, lemon juice and rosemary it is sort of hard to go wrong.  Here is my version of the recipe:
