I love balsamic vinegar on pretty much everything; caprese bites, salads, ice cream from Scoops and now even cocktails. For this friday's cocktail I bring you a Bufala Negra (the black buffalo), a tart and tangy whiskey cocktail whose dark color comes from the addition of a balsamic simple syrup.
