This week's cocktail is a Nor'Easter, a tasty fizzy bourbon concoction sweetened with maple syrup. I had never made one of these before, but I recently bought a huge container of maple syrup not realizing we already had one in the fridge so I'm looking for reasons to use it up! At a half an ounce per drink this is probably not going to get me very far, but it tastes great.
