{friday cocktail: irish coffee}

Since yesterday was St. Patrick's day, today's cocktail is Irish Coffee. Enough Said!  Enjoy!

The food we prepped for last night's dinner party turned out amazing. The Guinness braised short ribs were heavenly and the whiskey cake worked perfectly in the ramekins. A round of Irish Coffees ended a great evening with friends and lively St. Patrick's day.
