{glam style app: globetrotter edition}

The newest edition of the Glam Style App might just be my favorite one yet!  It's their Globetrotter edition filled with packing lists, outfit inspiration and trip itineraries for destinations around the world including a section all about Paris from yours truly.  Here's a few snapshots from the app and you can get all the details by downloading it for your Ipad or Iphone right here!

{winter dinner party inspiration}

The newest edition of the Glam Style Ipad app features a plaid themed dinner party inspiration I put together for the winter months.  While this particular dinner tablescape has some very decidedly holiday themes, the look could easily be re-purposed for a cozy January evening party.  Also let's face it - the months after the holidays can be depressingly void of social gatherings so why not put some extra effort into a get-together at your place!

For this particular dinner, I used plaid fabric leftover from this party as a tablecloth and accented the entire table with gold elements (big surprise!).  I feel that when using plaid in party or table decor, it's more fun if you get a little crazy with it by mixing any and all plaid color combinations you can find.
