In honor of daylight savings this weekend, I bring you a light refreshing cocktail to enjoy in the late daylight hours ahead, The Venice Gimlet. As gin is my spirit of choice, I generally enjoy a good fresh gimlet and I love the twist that the ladies over at Fabulous on Budget put on the simple drink by adding rosemary simple syrup and St Germain!
